We introduce you to the calligraphy pens & nibs & how different they are from the normal pens, writing on graph paper, strokes, angle of holding, position of sitting, basic strokes, pattern making & how to thicken, thin the strokes.
An alphabet or number is a combination of strokes & shapes. Know them first. The basic shapes, lines, curves, continuous strokes need to be mastered before you go on to letters. A graph paper helps you achieve stability over your hand as well as the new equipment. Confidence, which is generated, will fuel the learning & mastering of actual script. We will cover numbers, small & capital letters. The session ends with letter & word spacing, paragraph construction & alignment.
